As a Tax Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional tax services to a diverse client base. You’ll lead and manage multiple operations within a tax practice area, ensuring compliance, providing expert advice, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns.
• Conduct tax research and provide strategic planning.
• Manage tax audits and represent clients before tax authorities.
• Mentor and develop staff accountants.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks.
• Contribute to firm administrative functions.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Master’s degree in Taxation.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax.
• In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
