Our client is seeking a Sr Compensation Analyst due to growth. This is a hybrid opportunity, onsite in Denver (East of Denver) 2-3 days per week.
In this role you will assist in the development, implementation, and administration of organization-wide compensation plans and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and administer competitive reward programs.
- Administer various pay programs including base salaries, hourly pay, merit increases, annual incentives and long-term incentives.
- Complete annual salary survey submissions and salary budget surveys, interpret results.
- Perform market pricing and job studies.
- Summarize data and provide management with analysis and recommendations through written reports and presentations.
- Create reports and model the cost of programs.
- Partner with managers to write and revise job descriptions for new and existing positions.
- Create and administer career architecture documentation and programs.
- Complete audits to ensure employees are properly classified and all data housed in HR systems is accurate.
- May assist in Executive Compensation activities.
- Perform other duties related to Compensation, Benefits and Human Resources as assigned.
- Apply prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems.
- Work independently with general supervision. Work reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of dedicated Compensation Analyst experience.
- CCP Certification (Certified Compensation Professional) is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
