Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to understand project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Utilize architectural drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for siding installations.
• Evaluate and select appropriate siding materials based on project specifications and budgetary constraints.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, siding products, and installation techniques.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
• Address client inquiries, clarify project details, and provide recommendations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Siding Estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of siding materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in reading plans and technical documents.
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in siding estimation or a related field.
