Plant Reliability/Maintenance Engineer

Position Summary…
Our client has a large processing facility located in Decatur, IL where they have a need for a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer.  In this role you will have two key areas of focus – reliability and maintainability. 
 
The Maintenance Engineering focus is to enable equipment maintainability – provide the parts lists, repair & inspection procedures, methods, and information enabling the success of Maintenance Planners and Skilled Trades.  The Reliability Engineering focus is to prevent Plant Equipment failures, downtime, and cost.
 
What we’re looking for….
  • AS/BS in an engineering or related technical field
  • 4+ years of experience in reliability/maintainability of industrial equipment such as large fans, dryers, compressors, conveyors, etc.
  • Strong preference for experience the process industries
  • Experience with CMMS and SAP
  • Experience with root cause analysis and PPM technologies such as vibration analysis, lubrication techniques, infrared, etc.
