Location: Fort Mill, SC or in WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS or TN – can be located at strategic locations in any of these states.  
 
Our client is an American company that provides industrial processing solutions to design, build, and commission bulk-processing systems.  
 
The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to manage the execution of successful project in the dry bulk material processing industry. Reporting to the President.
 
 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Perform on-site process audits.
  • Operate a Leica 360 scanner and manage the point cloud files.
  • Consult with the Customer, Regional Sales Engineers, Process Engineers, Vendors, and Service Technicians to develop process solutions.
  • Oversee and assist drafters who may be helping you with the drawings/model for your projects.
  • Leading Teams Meetings with the project team, including the Customer and Vendors.
  • Manage project schedule and communicate all milestones with project team.
  • Commission the processing system with Vendor technicians, including I/O check with Automation provider.
  • Maintain relationships with our suppliers’ design engineers.
  • Develop detailed deliverable packages to our clients.
  • Expect to be visiting to be on the road 12 nights/month. 
 
 
Qualifications:
  • BS Engineer (open to non-degree experienced candidate)
  • Extensive experience in pneumatic conveying systems, dust collection systems, and/or dry material processing system design and project management is required. 
  • Experience in 3D scans using Leica 360 scanner, leading layout and design efforts using AutoCad, Inventor, and Revit.
  • Knowledge of RFQ’s for mechanical and electrical contractors and commissioning complete processing systems.
