Job Title: Production Supervisor – 1^st & 2^nd shifts

Location: Norfolk, Nebraska

Salary: $60-70K plus bonus 

Job Summary of the Production Supervisor:  The Production Supervisor will supervise the production employees on the 1^st or 2^nd shift operations while ensuring quality food manufacturing products and specifications are met.

 Job Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:  

*  Direct and supervise personnel ensuring quality of production.

*  Follow all SOP’s (Standard Operations Procedures)

*  Ensure a safe working environment adhering to all safety and health policies and procedures.

*  Help to resolve any operating problems or issues.

*  Help ensure quality food manufacturing products are produced at the lowest possible cost.

*  Enforce all company policies and procedures are met and followed.

Education & Experience of the Production Supervisor:

·         2+ years of Supervisory experience

·         Food or Beverage Manufacturing experience is required.

·         Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience.

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Able to work a 1^st or 2^nd shift and weekends or overtime as needed.

·         Bilingual speaking background a plus.
