Job Description

  • Position: Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate
  • Location: Sacramento, CA (hybrid role)
  • Focus: California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases

Responsibilities

  • Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
  • Draft and argue motions
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Manage multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of employment litigation experience
  • Strong academic credentials, writing, and analytical skills
  • Admitted to practice law in California
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
