Summary:

Perform a variety of roles/tasks while meeting quality, efficiency and delivery

requirements. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to recognize needs in

different areas and do whatever is required to maximize value added. Candidates

must have a working knowledge of all production areas and demonstrated skill

and ability in each area.

Duties:

 Must have great mechanical aptitude. Able to work with tools and

machinery

 Able to MIG weld

 Troubleshoot production issues and communicate with engineering

 Pull kits by specific bills of materials

 Complete jobs within the engineering specifications

 Reject product not meeting proper specifications

 Break down and prepare received product

 Perform all activities including banding, packaging

 Perform visual product quality checks

 Operate within standard operating procedures

 Communicate with other team members on all production related tasks

 Clean and maintain work area (5S)

 Other duties

Qualifications:

 High school diploma or GED

 Mechanical skills/experience

 Computer knowledge/experience

 Welding experience (MIG)

 Forklift experience

 Ability to read and interpret prints without supervision

 Must be able to lift at least 75lbs without assistance

 Must be able to stand at least 10 hours

 Must be able to bend at back and knees for extended periods of time

 Must be able to work in facility with no climate control
