You’ll be at the forefront of multi-channel marketing initiatives, leveraging email, social media, paid media, web, promotions, tradeshows, and events to maximize our competitive edge and achieve aggressive sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Lead the charge in strategic planning to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones, ensuring our brand is always ahead of the curve.
- Campaign Excellence: Develop, execute, and fine-tune end-to-end marketing campaigns that captivate and convert target audiences across diverse channels.
- Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with data analysts to transform campaign data into actionable insights that inform future strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Executive Reporting: Create compelling materials for executive reporting, delivering insights that shape high-level decisions and strategies.
- Market Mastery: Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to identify and prioritize new opportunities for growth.
- Targeted Segmentation: Dive deep into the print-on-demand landscape to refine customer personas, uncover growth opportunities, and design campaigns that drive conversions.
- Cross-Channel Optimization: Work closely with our marketing team to optimize campaign components across digital, display, email, social, print, and organic SEO.
- Sales Enablement: Innovate and develop tools that empower the sales team to excel in go-to-market strategies, ensuring the seamless launch of new offerings.
- Asset Management: Keep our marketing assets fresh and accurate, ensuring that our messaging resonates and drives results.
- Customer Insights: Partner with the Market Research Analyst to understand customer needs and perceptions, continuously refining our approach to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

- Experience in the promotional products or printing industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories through slides.
