Compensation:
Salary – $110k to $130k – client will pay more for the right candidate

Job Responsibilities (What will the hire be doing in this role?):

- Be the lead Project Manager in the Mechanicsburg, PA office for our engineering client and in that role.
- Work with the clients one on one.
- Train/mentor mid to junior level staff on doing design and presenting a quality product.
- Coordinate with Project Managers across the region and state to work on other projects could be managing clients associated with other offices.
- Transportation Discipline lead for the region (Greater Pa/ WVA).
- Resource for all highway staff on design criteria and process mentor, advice, teach.
- Set process and standards for use.
- Coordinate with similar person in the other two regions.
- Serve as a guide for Highway staff to address questions, difficult project situations Advice and guidance.
- Work with staff to help them on projects at many stages
i. Review scope and price to make sure its efficient.
ii. Help review the budgets and answer questions.
iii. Perhaps review project for different submissions for accuracy and completeness. - Be the lead Project Manager in the Mechanicsburg, PA office for our engineering client and in that role.
Requirements:
- 12 to 15 years of experience
- P.E. license
- Currently working with clients, managing projects and internal staff
- Highway/Transportation experience
