The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and evaluating the implementation of an apprenticeship management system. This role requires a strong team player with full system development lifecycle experience, adherence to PMO best practices, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of the apprenticeship management system project from inception to completion

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget

  • Apply PMO best practices to ensure project success and alignment with company standards

  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and management

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management

  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, embodying our core values: Be Nice, Have Fun, and Work Hard

  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience in managing projects through the full system development lifecycle

  • Strong understanding of PMO best practices

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for creating a collaborative work environment
