Note: This position requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at the Philadelphia office. Additional WFH days may be earned over time.

Note: Must have relevant defense litigation experience.

Job Description:

  • Represent clients in insurance coverage matters, primarily on the defense side
  • Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and witness preparation
  • Provide courtroom representation, managing trials and hearings
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys for guidance and case strategy
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
  • Strong litigation skills with recent experience
  • Defense-side focus is required
  • Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (additional admissions a plus)
