Come grow with an exciting company!  This site has projects underway and in the planning/development stages.  You and your team will play a key role in the installation of new equipment, systems, facilities, utilities, labs, etc.   
 
Position Summary…
  • Lead a team of 4 Engineers – 2 Project, 1 Controls and 1 Validation.  They have plans to increase this number.
  • Lead the site capital budget.
  • Manage outside firms for design, project management, etc.
  • This role and the business requires quick, nimble and safe decision making.  
  • The company offers a diversity of products and constantly have products in the development phase.
  • You will be working in a chemical process (and cGMP) environment with highly technical equipment.
  • Develop and execute engineering and validation strategies supporting modifications to facility, utility, manufacturing, and laboratory.
  • Project scope, cost estimates, schedules, design, procurement, installation/construction, and validation. 
  • Validation includes but is not limited to factory acceptance tests, commissioning, installation qualification, operational qualification, performance qualification, and re-qualification. In addition, lead their team of engineers to ensure the strategic development of the organizational capabilities and growth.
 
What we’re looking for…
  • Bachelors degree in an Engineering field is required – (Chemical, Biochemical, Mechanical or related is preferred)
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a preference for 10 or more.
  • Must have prior proven experience leading, managing and developing others
  • Prior experience managing a capital budget is required.
  • Seeking expert level knowledge with project engineering, maintenance, validation and engineering standards.
  • Experience in a cGMP environment preferred
