Day to Day Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of job crews.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Oversee and improve work quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and job site organization.
• Apply National Electrical Code knowledge.
• Support pre-bidding and bidding processes.

Qualifications for Success

• High School diploma or GED.
• 10+ years as an Industrial Electrician, 2+ years as a Foreman.
• NCCER certification or State License preferred.
• Proficient in BMS/EPMS systems and NEC/OSHA standards.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
