We are seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager for a hybrid contract role with our client in West Chester, PA. Compensation depends upon experience level. 7+ years leading projects with expose to eCommerce, retail, technology, and hospitality.
The Project Manager, to support delivery of multiple simultaneous and important projects, with a focus on marketing campaigns, creative and content production, and other important leadership-defined projects. The ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans, with a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving. This role will require organizational excellence, attention to detail, and hospitality-influenced communication skills.
Our experienced team is composed of high achievers with backgrounds in e-commerce, retail, technology, strategy and operations, and hospitality.
Responsibilities (for any given project):
● Document project scope, goals, and deliverables
● Create and manage the project schedule, timeline, resource assignments, and budget
● Report on project status, including risks and blockers
● Lead quality assurance of deliverables and change management around delivery
Qualifications & Requirements
● Proven ability to work in high-growth and highly collaborative environments; demonstrated track record with start-ups a plus
● Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
● Proficiency in project management software and tools (Monday.com & JIRA are in use)
● Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager
● Professional-level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to collaborate seamlessly with remote team members and agencies, working across time zones.
● Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
● A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success; a team oriented contributor.
● Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
● Keen eye for detail.
● Light travel may be required.
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
