CORPORATE M&A ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – KANSAS CITY

Location: Kansas City, MO

Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Corporate M&A practice in their Kansas City office.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in Missouri (or eligibility to be admitted).
  • 4+ years of substantive corporate and transactional experience, including M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance, and/or other complex commercial transactions.
  • Strong law firm experience with superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Our client is particularly seeking candidates who are collaborative, goal-oriented, and motivated to contribute to the growth and success of their national practice.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents for M&A and other corporate transactions.
  • Advising clients on joint ventures, corporate governance, and other business matters.
  • Collaborating with a team of experienced attorneys in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Engaging directly with clients and contributing to the growth of the firm’s national practice.
