Compensation Overview:

Salary Range – $95-105k; ++ Bonus $50-70k/year (( Plan Per Project 50%-80% per year or more!));

However, Their specialty is retail new/renovation construction. They work with dozens of businesses and organizations in middle Tennessee & greater US that are building in the Nashville area. From concept to draft plans to a bid proposal, They work hand-in-hand to create the best possible result for any client & use a stable subcontractor workforce to help them accomplish this goal.

They are based in the South Nashville area and have one of the best backlog/pipelines with their progressive, repeat clientele a company could ask for across the Mid-State.

Experience Required to Start a Conversation: 

> 5+ years estimating commercial projects with Timberline, Accubid, Paskr or similar software systems
> 3+ year or more of project manager experience with medical or commercial TI/Build-Out & Ground-Up projects
> Local Nashville (Middle-Tn) relationships and exposure to coordinating with Architects & Investment/Development companies
> Experience with negotiating material prices & scheduling orders, deliveries, etc. 
> 4 year college degree or equivalent experience in construction management
> Lives in local Nashville area (no relocation assistance provided)
> Residential construction experience will NOT be considered as equivalent. 

Position Summary

Manages projects & clientele including the project staff and subcontractors/vendors. The PM Estimates the projects quickly & Plans, coordinates all activities of each designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Skills and Abilities

•  Build-Out / Tenant-Improvement project experience required
• Commercial Construction Experience (Projects $200K-$3+MM)
• Analytical | Budgeting | Estimating skills
• Scheduling Expertise
• Communication skills
• Negotiating | Contracts experience
• Ability to work well with a small team
• Impeccable organizational skills
• Relationship building experience with owners around the area

Education/Experience

  • Construction Management or Business (Bachelor’s) degree required.
  • 5+ years of PM experience in the commercial new-remodel construction industry
  • 5+ years of Project Management construction experience required in commercial industry.
  • The selected candidate will also have a clean drivers license, drug screen and background check to be eligible for this opportunity.

Compensation  & Benefits:

  • Salary (($90k-110k annual ))
