Our law firm client is seeking an Associate to join their stellar team in their Glendale, CA office.
In office requirements: Must be in office at least 3 day per week. Must be able to do court appearances. Onsite preferred, hybrid considered.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $160,000 (1-4 years of experience). 4% increase for every additional year of experience.
Job Description:
- Litigate in federal court, specializing in employee benefits law.
- Manage cases, collaborate with paralegals, and attend court hearings.
Responsibilities:
- Handle federal court litigation focusing on employee benefits.
- Conduct legal research, draft documents, and communicate with clients and courts.
- Contribute to a collegial work environment and firm culture.
Qualifications:
- California Bar admission required.
- 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred.
- Background in employee benefits or bankruptcy law strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERISA and federal court procedures beneficial.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
