Do you crave the thrill of bringing brand new products to life? Our industry-leading client in consumer packaging solutions is on a winning streak, and their rapidly expanding New Albany, OH plant is the heart of the action!
 
This is your chance to be a pivotal player in a series of exciting product launches. You’ll be involved in everything from plant build-out to optimizing machinery and streamlining production flow.
 
Here’s a taste of what you’ll conquer:
  • Craft the perfect manufacturing plan with plant layout, equipment acquisition, and process development
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with design to ensure smooth transitions from concept to production
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying innovative solutions and implementing cutting-edge technologies
 
We’re looking for an engineering rockstar with:
  • A BS in Manufacturing Engineering (BSME or BSIE preferred)
  • At least 10 years of experience in advanced manufacturing
  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification a plus
  • Expertise in injection molding and high-speed assembly
  • ISO 9001 experience
  • A proven track record of solving complex manufacturing challenges
 
Bonus points for:
  • Food Grade/Pharma GMP experience
  • New plant start-up involvement
