The Technical Product Manager will support the development and optimization of the technologies that power the company eCommerce operations. This role will focus on our API layer, internal tooling, and operational workflows—including order management, winery operations, fulfillment, and integrations with SaaS partners such as our product review tool and marketing feeds.
Overview
The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable requirements to deliver on the roadmap priorities set out by the Executive Team. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the backend infrastructure that supports the company marketplace. This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

Your Responsibilities
● Write Epics and Jira Stories to fulfill roadmap priorities related to API layer, internal tooling, and Product Operations workflows.
● Support the development of integrations between internal systems and SaaS tools, including our product review platform and marketing feed integrations.
● Work closely with Product Operations, Fulfillment, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements.
● Support API development efforts by providing clear product requirements and working closely with engineering teams.
● Provide technical clarity to business stakeholders, translating complex engineering concepts into actionable product requirements.
Core Experience
● 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technical or platform-focused role.
● Engineering background preferred, with hands-on experience in APIs, data workflows, and backend systems.
● Experience in API development and integrations (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, OAuth, etc.).
● Experience working with internal tools, operational workflows, and B2B systems that power eCommerce businesses.
● Familiarity with GraphQL, Apps Script, and TypeScript is helpful but not required.
● Strong understanding of eCommerce and marketplace platforms, particularly in fulfillment and product operations.
● Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements for cross-functional teams.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a remote-first environment.
● Experience working with distributed engineering teams and agile development process.
