Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hospital/Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Morrisonville, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience and familiarity with Epic systems. This role is crucial to ensuring safe, effective medication use, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and optimizing patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to develop effective medication plans.
  • Provide guidance on drug therapy, potential interactions, and side effects.
  • Ensure accurate dispensing of medications while adhering to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
