Position Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deliver highly available, reliable, cost-effective hosting solutions.  
• Obtain requirements from end users, department heads, or other IT discipline teams. 
• Provide guidance, leadership, and technical expertise for all IT Hosting Services initiatives.
• Architect, solution, and perform POC (Proof of Concept) testing and documentation.
• Work with other teams to create an architectural model before moving forward with POC.
• Document, implement, and review IT Hosting Services policies, procedures, and solutions.
• Initiate, facilitate, and promote activities to foster IT Hosting Services architecture discoveries.
• Initiate, facilitate, and promote activities to foster effective Risk Management awareness, including disaster avoidance, change, and problem management.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. 
• 8+ years experience with VMware, SAN, Windows, and Citrix.
• May require travel to branch and international locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage in a matrix and global organization.
