We are representing a prestigious law firm seeking a Partner or Originator with 10+ years of experience and a portable book of business. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
- Lead business development efforts to grow the firm’s portfolio and achieve strategic growth objectives.
- Collaborate with other partners and senior management to align business goals and firm strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys, contributing to the firm’s overall success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing client portfolios.
Qualifications:
- JD from a strong law program with excellent academic performance.
- Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
- 10+ years experience as a senior attorney with a portable book of business.
- Excellent strategic thinking, business development, and client relationship skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others while driving results.
