Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at either the Arlington, Austin, or Houston office.
Note: Our client is hiring both mid-level and senior associates.
Bonuses: Typically range from an additional $20,000 to $30,000 on top of the salary listed in this ad.

Job Description:
- Work closely with firm partners on all aspects of litigation management
- Conduct document review and legal research
- Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and responses
- Take depositions and attend mediations
- Prepare for and attend trials and arbitrations
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Preferred, but not required: experience in construction, insurance defense, or real estate law
- Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
