LOCATION: Atlanta

Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Mid-Level Transactional Attorney, with Mergers and Acquisition Experience

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Active Georgia bar license. 
  • Transactional law experience, with a focus on M&A required.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of managing and contributing to transactional matters.
  • Ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset to support and grow our international practice.
  • Seniority and partnership track eligibility flexible.
