Job Description:

• Handle personal injury and civil litigation cases, with a focus on personal injury
• Work on both pre-litigation and litigation matters
• Participate in construction-related cases as needed
• Manage a caseload while meeting billable hour requirements (minimum 1,650 hours/year)
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case strategy and client representation

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation
• Florida Bar admission required
• Strong litigation skills with the ability to handle cases from start to finish
• Experience in both pre-litigation and litigation processes
