Commercial Construction Superintendent – Travel Position

  • Salary Range (1st Year = $90-100,000 DOE)
  • Full Benefits Package (Insurance, 401k, PTO & Holidays)
  • Bonus 1st year ($8-10,000 average for New Employees)
  • Auto, Phone and Travel Perdiem Paid Weekly

 

Our National Commercial GC client is hiring for a Travel Commercial Superintendent!

They are seeking a Traveling Superintendent with at least 5 years’ work experience in commercial new construction ( with an emphasis on site development and ground up experience).

The best candidate will also have good computer skills and the ability to work well & develop relationships with trades/subs, staff & clients/owners.

They offer a full benefits package including health care, 401K, PTO and other company benefits. Preparation an maintenance of project schedules and budgets.

 

Basic Overview: 

  • They Prefer at least 5 years experience as Lead Superintendent for a General Contractor in commercial New building and build-outs and renovations.
  • Work with the PM and support staff to coordinate all trades & schedules.
  • Develop and maintain schedule’s (Microsoft Project) and maintain costs/budget’s
  • Conduct sub-contractor coordination meetings and develop meeting minutes, maintain daily reports
  • Read and comprehend building buleprints and drawings to detect potential issues
  • Good Computer skills, Scheduling Software (Procore, etc) & competent with MS Suite & Excel
