Open to firm offices located in Seattle, WA; Bellevue, WA; Phoenix, AZ; San Francisco, CA

A top AmLaw 50 national law firm is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their Real Estate & Land Use practice group. This position is open to multiple offices.

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant transactional real estate experience.
  • Superior legal writing and drafting skills.
  • Enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law.
  • Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to client service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, financing, and real estate investment.
  • Work with clients across various property types and industry sectors, handling sophisticated matters on both local and national levels.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic practice group.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
