- Focusing on product quality
- Communicating with coworkers, customers and vendors
- Taking the lead on the Quality Control Plan
- Utilizing and working through corrective action plans
- Ensuring clear specifications
- Working with the PPAP administrator
- Working on statistical control projects
- Supporting the quality lab employees and the machinists
The background of the successful candidate will include the following:
- A two-year engineering degree
- Four or more years of quality engineering experience
- One or more years of PFMEA experience
- One or more years in a machining environment
- Three or more years of metrology experience
- Three or more years of gage experience
- One or more years of statistical engineering tool experience
- Possess a solid work history
- Being a US citizen or green card holder
- Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
